    The Weitzman Education Program Coordinator will work closely with the Weitzman Institute Project ECHO program and is responsible for the overall day-to-day management of specific Weitzman Institute Project ECHO clinics, as well as supporting other educational and telehealth interventions related to the Weitzman Education department. Project ECHO is an innovative telemedicine program that provides specialty consultation, care management, and education to primary care providers at the Community Health Center, Inc. and nationwide.

    The Weitzman Education Program Coordinator is responsible for carrying out specific tasks related to conducting, coordinating and supporting the growth and further development of educational clinics and projects. Specific responsibilities include coordinating patient cases for presentation and didactic content for each learning session, attending and managing recurring sessions, tracking and monitoring operational data including CME, administering surveys and data collection. Maintaining Weitzman Education websites, cataloging recorded case presentations, didactics, tools and resources. Managing user logins and training of project participants in the use of the Weitzman Educational websites and providing support to other program teams delivering education to primary care providers and care team members. Support with other tasks as assigned.



    • Responsible for session arrangements and maintenance for Project ECHO and education webinars
    • Attending recurring Project ECHO sessions and related education webinars
    • Providing clerical, organizational and technical support for participants and faculty
    • Recording and maintaining ECHO session clinic data: attendance, patient presentations, didactic schedule via web-based program
    • Management and updating of the assigned Weitzman Education websites
    • Administering surveys
    • Assisting with onboarding of new learners to educational programs
    • Assisting with data collection and analysis
    • Developing Power Point presentations
    • Providing coordination support on cross-program initiatives
    • Professional responsiveness and adaptability to rapid change
    • Building constructive and effective relationships both internally and externally
    • Other duties as assigned




    Excellent oral and written skills are required. This position is highly involved with staff, providers, clients, colleagues, outside vendors and community.
