Responsibilities

The Community Health Center, Inc. has been selected by the Health Resources Services Administration (HRSA) to develop and implement a three year project focused on helping federally qualified health centers around the country develop and expand models of team based primary care, expand their capacity to provide education and training opportunities to students of the health professions, and implement new models of postgraduate training programs.  The Project Director will lead the Center’s work in developing an innovative series of national webinars, as well as intensive learning collaboratives in each of the key areas that will lead the project to successful execution of its vision and objectives. 

 

This is a grant funded position.

 

 

  •  Develop an innovative series of national training webinars on clinical workforce development topics.
  • Lead and facilitate learning collaborative meetings that provide training and technical assistance to FQHCs around the country.
  • Provide outreach, trainings and presentations at national conferences.
  • Build and maintain national partnerships with other health centers and key organizations.
  • Manage all grant activity and reporting to funder (HRSA).
  • Supervise program staff (program coordinator and project consultants)
