    We are looking for  an entry level HR Assistant / Admin for our team that will focus on scheduling candidate interviews and appointments for our recruiting team - including some additional HR admin duties and responsibilities.

    • The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in a fast paced environment, ability to work across levels in the organization, and direct leadership in a kind but service mannered way, when scheduling interviews, in order to schedule efficiently and within tight time restraints.
    • Strong Outlook skills required: able to reserve rooms, send interview confirmations to interview candidates, respond and act on last minute scheduling requests, etc. 
    • The role will also serve as the department HR admin, to support basic level administrative and office support to the HR team.
