**This is a temporary, full time position**
This position is for you if you have:
General knowledge of electrical, carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, etc.
Experience with facilities equipment and supplies.
Interest in working in a fast paced environment
Desire to work as a member of a team
An eye for detail and doing things in accordance to standards
Experience setting and following facilities standards and procedures
Desire to assess and quickly address and resolve issues
A positive attitude and focus on safety standards
As a Facilities Technician at Community Health Center, Inc., you will:
Assist Facilities Director in accomplishing all maintenance and construction needs of organization.
Perform typical maintenance tasks to support facility.
Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the Facilities Director or Site Director.
Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
Perform prescribed preventative maintenance on machinery and the building or grounds as required.
Responsible for the day-to-day facility matters of assigned location.
Update, maintain and be the primary contact for our security software, work order system and badge access system.
