As a Psychiatric Provider for Community Health Center, you will: Conduct psychotherapy with individual, family and group psychotherapy Be responsible for initial mental health evaluations Coordinate with community agencies Complete paperwork completed as required by statute, regulation and/or CHC Mental Health Policy and Procedures Be a part of our electronic health records technology for high quality clinical data-gathering and analysis Psychiatrist Qualifications: MD or DO with 4+yrs of approved Psychiatric residency. Board eligibility or Board Certification in Psychiatry. License to practice Psychiatry in Connecticut. Bilingual Spanish Speaking preferred Minimum of two years experience with outpatients Theoretical orientation consistent with brief, problem-focused therapy and managed care systems APRN Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Master of Science in Nursing program ANA certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner State of Connecticut APRN and RN licensure required Minimum of two years experience with outpatients Bi-Lingual Skills English/Spanish preferred Theoretical orientation consistent with brief, problem-focused therapy and managed care systems Medication management Comfort with integrated approach Community Health Center, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
