The Quality Improvement Data Analyst is responsible for supporting the Community and Clinical Integration Program grant (CCIP) and the Quality Improvement Department at CHCI with data management, analysis, and reporting of quality improvement data. The QI Data Analyst will work with the CCIP project team to use data to drive improvement work across the agency.   The position is expected to employ advanced data analytic skills to ensure that the agency is able to take maximum advantage of all available data and utilize it to provide the highest quality of care. The position is expected to exercise judgement and independent initiative to support the attainment of CCIP project goals.




  • Manage the collection, analysis and reporting of quality improvement data to support the attainment of CCIP program goals. Provide analysis and support to the CCIP project team.
  • Analyze QI data from various sources, including claims data, and use it to develop new solutions to improve quality in specific areas
  • Initiate and coordinate the development of quality improvement measures related to the CCIP project including but not limited to key  measures for health equity, complex care management, and behavioral health integration
  • Support clinical care teams with data regularly and as needed to improve clinical performance.
  • Attend all CCIP collaborative and interagency meetings.



  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field - Required 
  • Quality improvement experience with a focus on data and measurement
  • Advanced data analytic skills using SPSS, SAS or other statistical software for a minimum of two years
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing and reporting health care quality improvement data and using it to improve quality
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, time-management and prioritization skills; ability to multi-task and a keen attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively within a team and with providers and external contacts
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Current Driver’s license
