**This is a full time position based out of Meriden and covering Waterbury clinic along with other sites as needed, must be flexible with traveling**
As a Facilities Technician for Community Health Center, you will:
Assist Facilities Director in accomplishing all maintenance and construction needs of organization. Perform typical maintenance tasks to support entire facility. Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the Facilities Director or Site Director. Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations. Perform prescribed preventative maintenance on machinery and the building or grounds as required. Responsible for the day-to-day facility matters of assigned site locations.
