Research Technician - NIH Precision Medicine - Full Time - Weitzman
NOTE: This is a grant funded position with a set / approved hourly rate of $18.50 per hour - full time - 40 hours. Requires bilingual (Spanish) fluency.
The Research Technician (RT) will support patient recruitment campaigns for research initiatives at Weitzman Institute for CHCI while adhering to strict HIPAA and IRB requirements. This new position will help WI keep up with the increased demands of our studies’ patient recruitment needs. The proper integration of this new role into the daily operations of the research team will free up our more qualified research staff to concentrate on project management, program evaluation, grant writing, manuscript preparation and submission, coding and evaluation of mixed methods research.
The Research Technician will support Principal Investigators and Research Associates/Assistants to primarily work at CHC’s clinical sites on patient recruitment following IRB protocols: onsite practice recruitment, basic data entry, obtain informed patient consent, follow-up with patients, engage and inform practice site providers of patient recruitment campaigns.
